    Hi, we don’t have any specific plans regardign support for quotes at this time, sorry! We get enough requests that I think it will probably happen “one day”, but we have lots to do so its hard to say when that would be.

        L A: Although these are potentially simple to implement in terms of the core data to store, people will expect a new user interface and reporting system to go with it, as well as the ability to convert proposals into invoices, email proposals with a special template, and so on. There are, unfortunately, a lot of simple tasks on our TODO list which we have to prioritize on. And some really not so simple ones. Sorry for the delays, though, I do this think is a nice feature.

        A Quote is just a NON-POSTING form. An Invoice is a POSTING form. Programmatically, this requires moving the same information from a non-posting form to a posting form, or simply reclassifying the transaction from a non-posting ACCOUNT to a POSTING account. Geez, you already allow us to reclassify transactions by account. This seems to be a VERY SIMPLE request to fulfill. If you don't want to automate it, just create a new account type -- non-posting accounts, to which Quotes would be charged. They could also be used for statistics (statistical accounts are used for tracking activities as opposed to financial accounts that are used for tracking dollars).

        I found this website that does a great job handling quotes bidsketch.com .. I guess it will be nice if we can connect both at the same time.. but I understand the complexity of it!
