Bank statement upload
Let me upload a CSV, OFX, QIF, or other common bank statement format which I downloaded from my online banking interface, and use that speed up my bank reconciliation process

Hi Martin, you may want to call them and confirm this - it may be something they can enable for you, or which is in an unintuitive part of their user interface.

I see "Upload Bank Statement (OFX, QFX, or QBO file)"
My bank (Citibank Canada) only does CSV download!
