When you add or edit an invoice you should now see an ‘Email’ button which allows you to send the PDF invoice by email.

Would be nice to have an indicator (check box perhaps) on invoice screen that mail has been sent already.

I agree with Ondray69 - you need to CC the author, or have some other way to keep a log.

Also, have it so when it sends the email a copy of the email is sent to yourself. That way when doing follow-ups you have back-up documentation.
